Disney's 'Hercules' is getting a live action remake!
"Hercules" is the latest Disney classic to get a live action remake.
Joe and Anthony Russo, the filmmakers behind the "Avengers: Endgame" and "Infinity War," are set to produce the film, according to an exclusive report on The Hollywood Reporter.

Meanwhile, Dave Callaham, who wrote Marvel's upcoming "Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings," will pen the script.
According to the report, the live action remake is in "early development."

There is no news yet whether it will retain the original animated film's musical elements.
"Hercules" (1197) is a Disney animated movie based on the legendary demigod Heracles, the son of Zeus. The film is a coming-of-age story of how Hercules came to be the hero he is known to be.
