Son Ye Jin has a message to those who are still chasing their dreams

"Crash Landing on You" star Son Ye Jin has a message to her young Filipino fans, who are still in the process of chasing their dreams.

On Monday, Son Ye Jin was presented as the new face of Smart Communications Inc. in an online press conference, which featured a video of Son Ye Jin giving a message of hope was also shown.

"Well, I am not sure if I've already succeeded," Son Ye Jin began, "but I think, young people who just started, not only in acting but also in other fields, are going to be scared and experience hardships." 

The award-winning actress said it's the "same as my experience, but it helps that I've always set a goal."

Son Ye Jin added, "Even if the reality is not close to that goal, just try your best to imagine yourself in that future. and make the best out of everything."

According to Son Ye Jin, that will give you "a step closer to your dreams. Keep fighting."

The online launch showed Son Ye Jin's video commercial, where she is seen fiercely riding a Ducati motorcycle.

At the latter part of the video ad, a sports car arrives behind her and then they both speed off the road on their respective vehicles. It can be remembered that in Hyun Bin's ad for the Philippine telco he was riding a sports car.

“Crash Landing on You” features Hyun Bin as Captain Ri Jung Hyuk, a North Korean officer who falls in love with South Korean heiress Yoon Se-ri, played by Son Ye-jin. It aired from December 2019 to February 2020 and is one of the highest-rating Korean dramas in history. — LA, GMA News
