Last month, Netflix announced two new cast members who will be joining the team: Shalita Grant (“NCI: New Orleans,” “Mercy Street“) and Travis VanWinkle (“Friday the 13th,” “Transformers”).
According to Netflix Queue, Grant will play a locally famous “mom-fluencer” who appears down-to-earth but is actually a mean girl, pretending to welcome Love (Victoria Pedretti) into her inner social circle.
Meanwhile, VanWinkle is set to play a wealthy man named Cary who invites Joe (Badgley) into his inner circle.
In the first season, Joe encounters and falls obsessively in love with Guinevere Beck (Elizabeth Lail) whom he met at the bookshop he works at in New York City.
After things take a dark turn, Season 2 begins with Joe moving to Los Angeles where he finds a new love interest named Love Quinn working as a baker, he later learns she is not what she seems to be.
