Rachel Peters saves man from drowning in ocean

Miss Universe Philippines 2017 Rachel Peters has saved a man from drowning in the ocean.

On Instagram, her boyfriend Camarines Sur Gov. Miguel Luis “Migz” Villafuerte expressed how proud he was of his girlfriend, posting a photo of her with the man she saved.

“So proud of my girl @rachelpetersx for saving this guy’s life who got caught in a strong riptide earlier!” he wrote.

“The ocean is a whole different world and learning surfing the right way, with the right people is the best way to know the ocean!” he added.

At the latter part of his post, he joked, “Sige na papayagan na kita magsiargao ng magsiargao pa more babe.”

According to PEP.ph, a person named Christopher A. Dionisio said he tried to stop Rachel from going into the ocean to rescue the man but she did not hesitate. 

On Facebook, he wrote, “drowning barber X miss universe dehins sya nagduwang isip guys na magbalik sa lineup para sagipun c topheng dawa may nagpupurugul saiya, nasa pang pang na sya pahawas na sya.”
