"Enchanted" (2007) is about a princess-to-be named Giselle (Adams) who is set to marry her prince charming (James Mardsen).
But before the wedding, Giselle is banished from her kingdom by an evil queen (Susan Sarandon) and sent to modern-day New York City where she falls in love with a lawyer (Patrick Dempsey).
The film blew fans away with original songs, stunning visuals and a mix of classic Disney fairy tale-style cartoons and live action.
It also focuses on an archetypal Disney Princess who gets to step out of her traditional animated fairy tale world into modern-day real life. —Margaret Claire Layug/JCB, GMA News
