Joseph Gordon-Levitt asks public to describe photo of EDSA traffic for new project

Hollywood actor Joseph Gordon-Levitt has another project in store based on the Philippines. This time, it's about the infamous heavy traffic flow on EDSA!

In a Facebook post on Tuesday, the "500 Days of Summer" actor asked the public to describe a photo of EDSA in exactly five words only for his "Traffic Jam in the Philippines: a passport poem" project.

Sharing a photo of EDSA, Joseph wrote, "Take a look at this photo of a traffic jam on the EDSA highway in the Philippines. How would you describe this scene in *exactly* 5 words?"

He shared the photo on his post was actually by a netizen with the handle @Deder, who originally posted it "in response to a prompt to share a photo taken somewhere in the country," Joseph said.

"@MattConley saw it, felt inspired, and turned it into this new writing prompt," the actor continued.

"Looking forward to seeing what this piece becomes," he added.

According to the actor, his new writing prompt is a spin-off venture for his platform HITRECORD's "Stories of the Philippines" project.

Founded in 2004, HITRECORD is an online collaborative media platform that aims to produce projects like short films and books.

Just last August, Joseph also reached out to his Filipino fans who are interested to write, voice over and share photos of the Philippines for a project. He later shared the finished product of collaboration short film called "The Beauty of the Philippines."

Meanwhile in September, the actor asked fans for photos of Philippine beaches as part of his narrative short film.
