Wendell Ramos vlogs about his experience as 'alay,' gets discount from talipapa vendors

Now that "Prima Donnas" has finished its lock-in taping, Wendell Ramos has taken the time to do some daddy duties at home.

In his YouTube channel, he vlogged about going on a shopping trip as his family's "alay" amid the pandemic.

Wendell went to a talipapa in Parañaque City wearing a face mask and face shield, but stall owners still recognized him.

"Discounted daw basta magpa-picture," he quipped.

The actor also ribbed his "Prima Donnas" co-star Aiko Melendez, who plays the kontrabida character Kendra in the afternoon series.

"Galit sila kay Aiko," he said. "Malamang pag si Aiko nagpunta dito, si Aiko Melendez, walang tawad-tawad."

Wendell bought ingredients for seafood inihaw, diningding, and adobo. He also gamely tried to debone a bangus.

"Hindi naman ganun kadali, pero madaling aralin," he said. "Nakaka-proud."
