"My Hero Academia" is an anime based on the manga by Kohei Horikoshi. It was serialized in Weekly Shonen Jump in 2014 and is currently ongoing.
It follows the story of Midoriya Izuku, who was born "quirkless" (or lacking a superpower) in a world of superpowered beings, as he makes the difficult journey into becoming a hero.
