'Gossip Girl' reboot drops official teaser

Gossip Girl is back!

The much anticipated reboot of "Gossip Girl" has finally released its official teaser, giving fans a glimpse into what they can expect from the new set of New York elites.

In the teaser dropped on Saturday, Gossip Girl is still voiced by original cast member Kirsten Bell, and in her iconic taunting voice, promises to wreak chaos amid the nine main characters.

Featuring new characters such as Zoya Lott, Aki Menzies, Audrey Hope and many more, Gossip Girl narrated, "You've gotten so comfortable thinking you're in control of your image, your actions, the narrative, that you forgot one thing: I can see you."

"And before I'm through, I'll make sure you see me too. XOXO," she added.

According to a Harper's Bazaar report on Wednesday, the new iteration of "Gossip Girl" takes place eight years after the original website went dark.

It's set to introduce a new set of New York elites instead of reprising the iconic roles of Blaire Waldorf, Serena van der Woodsen, Chuck Bass, and other characters.
