Lorde reveals 'Solar Power' album track list, release date in August

Lorde is finally back and she is giving a new twist to her upcoming music!

According to a Teen Vogue report, the 24-year-old singer from New Zealand announced that she will release a full-length album titled "Solar Power" on August 20.

"The album is a celebration of the natural world, an attempt at immortalizing the deep and transcendent feelings I have when I am outdoors," Lorde said in a message to fans.

"In times of heartache, grief, deep love or confusion, I look to the natural world for answers. I've learned to breathe out and tune in. This is what came through," she added.

"Solar Power" will include 12 tracks including the single of the same name, which Lorde first released earlier this month.

Tracklist:

The Path
Solar Power
California
Stoned in the Nail Salon
Fallen Fruit
Secrets From a Girl (Who's Seen It All)
The Man with An Axe
Dominoes
Big Star
Leader of a New Regime
Mood Ring
Oceanic Feeling

According to Lorde, the album won't be released on a CD, but through a "music box" which will contain handwritten notes and exclusive photos, videos and a card.

"I decided early on in the process of making this album that I also wanted to create an environmentally kind, forward-thinking alternative to the CD," she said.

Lorde released her last album "Melodrama" in 2017. She skyrocketed to fame after dropping her first album "Pure Heroine" in 2013.
