Joey King marks ‘end of an era’ with ‘Kissing Booth 3’ poster

Netflix's "The Kissing Booth" just unveiled the poster for its third film.

The coming-of-age trilogy teased fans with an intimate shot of lead stars Joey King, Jacob Elordi, and Joel Courtney looking happy together, side by side.

"An end of an era," said its caption. Joey also shared the poster with this caption on Instagram.

Based on the bestselling novel by Vince Marcello, "The Kissing Booth" is Netflix's film trilogy that follows high schooler Shelly "Elle" Evans (Joey) who signs up to run a kissing booth at the spring carnival .

Things take a romantic turn when she gets a visit from her crush Noah Flynn (Jacob), who happens to be the older brother of her best friend, Lee (Joel). 

The first film, which came out in 2018, was followed by a sequel in 2020. "Kissing Booth 3" is set to premiere on Aug. 11 on Netflix.
