Marcelito Pomoy seeks help after YouTube channel gets hacked, removed
Filipino singer Marcelito Pomoy took to Instagram to seek help after his YouTube channel got hacked and removed on Wednesday.
In his recent post, a screenshot of the streaming platform’s e-mail to him read: “Marcelito Pomoy official, we have removed your channel from YouTube.”
“Does anyone [know] how to contact YouTube directly for faster solution? I feel sad and frustrated,” he wrote on the caption.
“To [those] who have experience (on) this kind of hacking incident and [regained] their account, please help me. Thank you,” he added with a series of crying emojis.
In an earlier Instagram post, Marcelito posted a screenshot of his channel which showed a video with the title “B. Armstrong is Revealing when Algorand Algo will Explode.”
“My YouTube channel has been hACKED! Shame [on] those people doing this. So sad!” he wrote.
The Filipino singer had been using his YouTube channel as a platform to share some notable moments in his life, such as when he used his earnings to help a family build a house.
As of writing, his YouTube channel named Marcelito Pomoy Official can no longer be searched.
