‘Blue’s Clues’ marks 25th anniversary with reunion of hosts Steve, Joe, Josh

Can you believe that it’s been 25 years since “Blue’s Clues” aired its first episode?

To mark the occasion, hosts Steve Burns, Joe Donovan Patton, and Josh dela Cruz appeared on a Twitter update shared by the channel Nick Jr.

“#GenerationsTrend with the Blue’s Clues hosts #BluesClues25,” said its caption.

They said hi to everyone and hugged each other toward the end of the video—with Blue, of course.

As of writing, the post has garnered 108,600 likes and 16,800 quote retweets from fans and viewers who reminisce and feel nostalgic about the show.

Steve stayed with “Blue’s Clues” from 1996 to 2002, while Joe took over until 2006, and Filipino-American theater actor Josh became the new host in 2019.

“Blue’s Clues” is a Nickelodeon show that showcases an animated dog named Blue who joins the host in his adventures with his handy-dandy notebook, thinking chair, and some friends.
