We’re here for Lizzo’s funky cover of ‘Butter’ by BTS

American singer Lizzo just covered “Butter” by BTS and we’re here for it!

On Thursday, BBC Radio 1 released her performance of the hit song from the phenomenal South Korean group as part of its Live Lounge program.

Lizzo, who performed with a band, gave the song a funky touch and did all the singing and rap parts, and even belted out at one point.

She also wore a top that said VMIN, a portmanteau of the names of BTS members V and Jimin.

On Twitter, she said she hoped she made the BTS members proud with her version.

Apart from “Butter,” Lizzo also performed “Rumors,” her hit song with Cardi B, at the BBC Radio 1 Live Lounge. – RC, GMA News
