'A Quiet Place Part II' to open in Philippine theaters this November

"A Quiet Place Part II" is hitting Philippine theaters!

The post-apocalyptic thriller starring Emily Blunt is set to open on November 10, just in time for the reopening of cinemas in the National Capital Region.

The John Krasinski-directed film is the sequel to 2018 hit film "A Quiet Place," which follows a family as they try to survive in a post-apocalyptic world inhabited by blind monsters with an acute sense of hearing.

For the sequel, the Abbott family (Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, Noah Jupe) are venturing outside of their home after the deadly events that occurred there.

"A Quiet Place Part II" first hit the big screen back in May, collecting a roaring $48 million within the first three days of its debut. —JCB, GMA News
