'No Time To Die' hits Philippine cinemas on December 15

If you haven't had the chance to watch the latest James Bond film, worry not — "No Time To Die" is arriving in Philippine cinemas on Dec. 15.

This is Daniel Craig's last run as secret agent 007 since he took up the mantle in 2006 with "Casino Royale."

"No Time To Die"starts with Bond enjoying a tranquil life in Jamaica after leaving active service. His peace is short-lived when his old friend Felix Leiter from the CIA turns up asking for help.

The mission to rescue a kidnapped scientist turns out to be far more treacherous than expected, leading Bond onto the trail of a mysterious villain known as Safin armed with dangerous new technology.

Directed by Cary Fukunaga, the film brings together returning cast from previous Bond films — iconic, award-winning and complete actors with Daniel Craig.

"No Time To Die," released in October, took a mighty $121 million at the international box office over its opening weekend, racking up $56 million at the US box office.

It was delayed three times since its original April 2020 slot as movie theaters around the world shut down due to the pandemic. —JCB, GMA News
