The first trailer for “Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore” is finally here!
Brace yourselves, because the newest adventure in J.K. Rowling's Wizarding World is taking you back to the Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry.
In the opening, Dumbledore (Jude Law) says the ominous line: "If you listen, the past whispers to you."
Fans are then given a glimpse into the celebrated wizard's mysterious past.
We also get a taste of "Hannibal" actor Mads Mikkelsen as Gellert Grindelwald after Johnny Depp signed off from the franchise last year.
“Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore," directed by David Yates based upon a screenplay by J.K. Rowling, is scheduled to hit Philippine theaters in 2022.
It is the third installation in the new "Harry Potter" film trilogy which stars Edward Redmayne as magizoologist Newt Scamander.
The film follows Scamander as he leads a team of wizards, witches and one muggle friend on a dangerous mission where they encounter new beasts and clash with the followers of powerful Dark wizard Gellert Grindelwald. —Margaret Claire Layug/JCB, GMA News
