Justin Trudeau to appear on 'Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs. The World'

“Canada vs. The World” is making a “herstory” by having Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau appear on the reality show.

On Facebook Wednesday, Canada’s Drag Race teased viewers with a photo of Trudeau standing beside the show's host, Brooke Lynn Hytes, as they hang out in the  “werkroom.”

Trudeau becomes the first world leader to appear on the Drag Race franchise founded by American drag queen Ru Paul, which has several spinoffs globally, including the United Kingdom, Australia, Sweden, and the Philippines.

“We’re honoured to welcome the Prime Minister of Canada Justin Trudeau to #CanadasDragRace, becoming the first world leader to appear on the Drag Race franchise!” the show wrote.

“Canada’s Drag Race: Canada vs. The World” will premiere on November 18.

Meanwhile, “Drag Race Philippines” began casting for Season 2 shortly after the first season wrapped up in October. —Hermes Tunac/JCB, GMA Integrated News
