MMFF Parade of Stars to make a comeback in Quezon City

The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) Parade of Stars is returning to the streets this year.

According to the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), the parade will be hosted by the local government of Quezon City on December 21 at 2 p.m.

It will feature floats with the movies' stars, and will run for seven kilometers from Welcome Rotonda-Quezon Avenue to Quezon Memorial Circle. The event has an estimated travel time of two hours and 30 minutes.

Themed “Balik Saya sa MMFF 2022,” this year's film festival will run from December 25 to January 7, 2023, and will be back in theaters.

The complete film lineup was announced in October.

Last year, the festival held its first fluvial parade from the Guadalupe Ferry Station to Circuit Makati.
