Jessi to Pinoy fans: 'Y'all need to stop teaching me bad words and telling me it means I love you'
Jessi had another amazing time in the Philippines at the "Head in the Clouds" Manila!
On Instagram, the K-pop star posted snaps from her performance and shared her experience of learning Filipino curse words.
Though the rapper has always been vocal about what's on her mind, Jessi joked that she should still know the meaning of what she's saying.
"Love you, Manila! But y'all need to stop setting me up and teaching me bad words and telling me it means 'I love you,'" she quipped. "'Til we meet again."
On TikTok, videos of Jessi saying a Filipino curse have been going viral, sending some laughs not just to the audience but to herself.
Jessi performed on HITC Manila, which also featured other artists like Jackson Wang, SB19, Rich Brian, Joji, Yoasobi, and Milli, among others.
She concluded her "#ZoomInManila" concert at the SM MOA Arena just last September. Jessi said she will treasure the experience forever.
