'Bridgerton' spin-off series 'Queen Charlotte' teases an epic love story in official trailer

It's a love story that changed the world but how did it start?

Queen Charlotte and King George finally gets their spotlight in the "Bridgerton" spin-off "Queen Charlotte."

Based on the newly-released trailer, their relationship began rocky, and hardly flowed smoothly. However, it's already looking epic.

"Queen Charlotte" will also detail Charlotte's rise to prominence and power, as her marriage to George sparks a societal shift, creating the world of the Ton inherited by the characters in "Bridgerton."

India Amarteifio plays the lead character, a young Queen Charlotte, while Corey Mylchreest is the young King George.

"Bridgerton," an original Netflix series set during the London Regency, follows Daphne Bridgerton, the eldest daughter of the powerful Bridgerton family as she makes her debut in a competitive marriage market. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
