'Grey's Anatomy' renewed for Season 20

Legendary medical drama "Grey's Anatomy" has been renewed for a 20th season.

According to a report on Deadline, Meg Marinis will take over for Krista Vernoff to serve as showrunner.

Marinis has been with the series since its third season, the report added.

Last season, Ellen Pompeo’s Meredith Grey exited the show, although she remains an executive producer on the show. A new class of interns meanwhile has been introduced.
