'Mean Girls' to open in Philippine cinemas on February 7

Tina Fey gives the story a modern twist, with smartphones and TikTok playing a role in the characters’ lives.

The movie follows transfer student Cady Heron as she navigates the dangerous hallways of high school, ruled by a group of teens both feared and revered, The Plastics.

It stars Angourie Rice, Reneé Rapp, Auli'i Cravalho, and Jaquel Spivey as Cady, Regina, Janis, and Damian, respectively. —JCB, GMA Integrated News
