Michelle Madrigal joins Texas marathon: Adding more mileage to my life
Michelle Madrigal is back to running!
On Instagram, the US-based former actress shared her achievement of finishing a half marathon in Austin, Texas, which marked her first after taking a hiatus from running.
"The young me would've laughed if you asked me to run 21km," she wrote.
Michelle said she used to join 5k to 10k races in her early to mid-20s, so she's happy about getting back to her old passion.
"I stopped running for a few years, but now I'm slowly getting back into it and adding more mileage to my life," she said.
In the photos, Michelle's daughter Anika could be seen holding a placard with the words "That's my mommy" written on it.
During Valentine's Day, Michelle said that the occasion "isn't just for couples."
Anika is Michelle's daughter with her ex-husband, Troy Woolfolk. In 2022, she and Troy got divorced after three years of marriage. — RSJ, GMA Integrated News
