6 Studio Ghibli films coming to local cinemas this September

Get ready for a magical experience on the big screen, Studio Ghibli fans!

Studio Ghibli Fest is happening this September 10 to 16 at SM Cinemas. Six of the studios well-loved films will be screened:

• “Princess Mononoke”
• “Spirited Away”
• “My Neighbor Totoro”
• “Nausicaa”
• “The Wind Rises”
• “Ponyo”

Participating cinemas include SM Aura, SM City Cebu, SM City Pampanga, SM Southmall, and more. The complete list is up on SM Cinemas’ Facebook page.

Studio Ghibli was founded in 1985 by directors Hayao Miyazaki and Isao Takahata, and producer Toshio Suzuki.
