David Licauco, Catriona Gray, more Filipino stars spotted at Formula 1’s Singapore GP

Singapore is currently the only Southeast Asian country hosting a Formula 1 Grand Prix.

The event took place over the weekend, with a solid entertainment lineup including Elton John, The Smashing Pumpkins and Foo Fighters to name a few.

It really isn't surprising that it's become a star-studded affair, attended a number of Filipino celebrities like David Licauco and Catriona Gray.

In March, it was reported that Thailand is aiming to host a Grand Prix on a Bangkok street circuit by 2028. Nothing is set in stone as of writing, but if it proceeds, Thailand would become the second Southeast Asian country to host a Formula 1 race on the calendar. How exciting! — LA, GMA Integrated News
