Minions Run 2025 set to paint the town yellow on Nov. 30

The Minions Run 2025 is all set to paint the town yellow on November 30 at the SM Mall of Asia Complex in Pasay City.

Organized by RUNRIO, around 15,000 runners are expected to join the cartoon-inspired race, which transforms the route into a bright yellow track inspired by the film “Despicable Me.”

Participants can choose from 1K (P1,500), 3K (P1,500), 5K (P1,700), and 10K (P2,000) categories, which include special Minions race kits featuring themed singlets, finisher medals, and special collectibles.

Participants will also have the chance to win an all-expense paid trip to Universal Studios in Singapore as the grand prize through a raffle.

The "Despicable Me" franchise started in 2010 with a film of the same name, followed by the sequels "Despicable Me 2" in 2013, "Despicable Me 3" in 2017, and “Despicable Me 4” in 2024. — Hermes Joy Tunac/LA, GMA Integrated News
