Alamat goes full badass in ‘LuzViMinda’ MV

Alamat made sure to showcase Filipino culture anew in their new music video for “LuzViMinda.”

The aesthetic music video features settings in a computer shop, sari-sari store, a basketball court, jeepneys, and more. The members were also dressed in sandos and jerseys.

The video was matched with Alamat’s badass lyrics about Pinoy pride, set to a beat that will make listeners bop their heads.

“LuzViMinda” is part of Alamat’s upcoming album, “Destino" which comes out on November 21.

Alamat is commended for showcasing Filipino culture throughout their music and video concepts, as well as their outfits and choreography.

Their lyrics also tackle themes like colonialism, indigenous culture, and Filipino mythology, and are often sung in the members’ languages.

Alamat is best known for their songs “Maharani,” “Dagundong,” “Sa Panaginip Na Lang,” “Day and Night,” and “Say U Love Me.”
