'Enola Holmes 3' trailer teases a wedding and a missing Sherlock

Enola Holmes is back with a new set of crazy adventures, but this time, her heart is in the line.

The official teaser for the third film in the franchise opens with sweet moments between Enola (Millie Bobby Brown) and Tewkesbury (Louis Partridge).

When Tewkesbury proposes marriage, Enola says yes.

However, things take a turn when, while on the way to her wedding, she is informed that her brother, Sherlock, has been kidnapped.

Enola then goes on a journey to search for her brother, all while in a wedding dress. A scene shows a nervous Tewkesbury waiting for Enola at the altar.

“Enola Holmes 3” will premiere on July 1 on Netflix.

“Enola Holmes” is based on a series of novels by Nancy Springer, which follow the titular character as she solves crimes as a private detective, much like her brother, the renowned detective Sherlock Holmes.

The first film, released in 2020, narrates the story of Enola as she investigates the attempted murder of Tewkesbury, while hiding from her brothers and searching for her missing mother.
