'The Bear' gears up for its final dinner service in Season 5 trailer
Is everyone ready for one last dinner service at “The Bear?”
The Emmy-winning series has dropped the official trailer for its fifth and final season, marking the end of the acclaimed series.
In the two-minute trailer, Sydney (Ayo Edebiri) appears increasingly anxious as the pressure mounts, while Carmy (Jeremy Allen White) tries to reassure her and encourages her to “hear the music” of the kitchen.
The trailer also reveals that The Bear is on the verge of bankruptcy as the restaurant faces a series of setbacks, including flooding and ingredient shortages.
Meanwhile, Uncle Jimmy (Oliver Platt) delivers more bad news, announcing that he is selling the building that houses the restaurant. The news forces the team to confront the reality that they will eventually have to close their doors and prepare for one final dinner service before the curtain falls.
Created by Christopher Storer and produced by FX Productions, “The Bear” follows fine dining chef Carmy, who comes home to Chicago to run his family's sandwich shop following the death of his brother.
In 2024, “The Bear” won 11 awards at the Emmys, including Outstanding Lead Actor in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Supporting Actor in a Comedy Series, Outstanding Supporting Actress in a Comedy Series, and Outstanding Directing for a Comedy Series, as well as seven awards at the Creative Arts Emmys.
“The Bear” Season 5 is set to premiere on June 25 on Disney+ in the Philippines.
