Lea Salonga shares 'amazing' BTS concert experience
Lea Salonga is still on a high after attending the BTS “Arirang” concert in Busan, South Korea.
The theater icon shared a photodump from the concert on Instagram. In her caption, Lea said the South Korea trip was planned since early this year.
“I wanted 2026 to be a year lived with joy, so this was definitely on the agenda to achieve that. And this trip to South Korea didn’t disappoint!” Lea said.
“Sure, there are things specific to the Busan experience that could’ve gone better, but @bts.bighitofficial was amazing and ‘Arirang’ was a technical and artistic feat,” she added.
Lea then shared her appreciation to everyone involved in making the show happen, as well as to the dancers “who were spectacular.”
Lea was praised by the BTS ARMY for being a down-to-earth fan at the concert.
The renowned singer has long been an ARMY. In 2021, she proudly showed off her BTS 2021 Winter Package merchandise.
BTS kicked off their world tour in April, following the release of their comeback album "Arirang" in March.
The group will head to the Philippine Sports Stadium in Bulacan for the Philippine stop of their "Arirang" world tour on March 13 and 14, 2027. Tickets for the two shows are now sold out.
The band recently added a third concert in the Philippines.
