Marvel Studios reveals cast of upcoming 'X-Men' movie

The new generation of Marvel’s mutants has officially arrived!

Marvel Studios unveiled the principal cast of its upcoming “X-Men” movie during the Disney Entertainment Showcase at D23 in Anaheim, California, on Friday, introducing the actors who will bring the iconic mutant team into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Leading the new lineup are Sadie Sink as Jean Grey and Kit Connor as Cyclops.

They will be joined by Christopher Abbott as Professor Charles Xavier, Samara Weaving as Emma Frost, Inde Navarrette as Rogue, and Maya Boyd as Storm.

Meanwhile, Adam Driver will portray Nathaniel Milbury.

The film will be directed by Jake Schreier, who previously helmed Marvel Studios’ “Thunderbolts."

It is slated for release on May 5, 2028.
