All about the K to 12 program

Public schools all over the Philippines on Monday have started their enrollment for the Senior High School (SHS). Classes will begin on June 13, which will mark the start of the Philippines’ educational system full shift to the K to 12 program.

The first batch of Senior High School or Grade 11 students are expected to confirm or change the track they have chosen last October. The students are expected on one of these tracks for the next two years—academic, sports, arts and design, and technical vocational livelihood.
