UP Charter 10th anniversary commemorated with custom diver's watch

Republic Act No. 9500 or the "University of the Philippines Charter of 2008" turned 10 last April 29 and NowhereToGoButUP Foundation marked the occasion with the launch of a custom Seiko SKX007 Diver's watch.

The watch has a maroon face, with illustrations of people with their fists raised in protest. The Oblation statue is found at 6 o'clock. 

The design is described as "a diorama of the university’s indomitable spirit, formed by images that muster local pride and the collective will of a community that refuses to be unheard." The artist wishes to remain anonymous, "consistent with the nameless volunteers who continue to support the athletes for the love of the school."

The watch sells for P19,000, with all benefiting the athletes of the university. 

Payment may be done online through credit card, paypal, and bank deposit. A queue for the watch has already formed, with NowhereToGoButUP Foundation releasing the orders in batches of 50.
