K-Pop girl group TWICE to perform on GMA-7 on September 9 for a shopping TV special

Good news, TWICE fans!

The K-Pop girl group is set to perform on a shopping TV special on GMA-7 on September 9 at 9:30 p.m.

According to a press statement released by Shopee on Sunday, fans and non-fans will be enjoying "stunning visuals" from TWICE on the show.

Director at Shopee Philippines Martin Yu said they are " thrilled to have the popular K-Pop group TWICE on board as our headline performer at the Shopee 9.9 Super Shopping Day TV Special. "

"We’ve prepared a truly action-packed program, so we invite all Filipinos to look forwardwith joy and excitement as TWICE joins Shopee in celebrating the start of the year-end shopping season," he added.

TWICE is composed of Nayeon, Jeongyeon, Momo, Tzuyu, Sana, Jihyo, Dahyun, Chayeong, and Mina.

They debuted with "Like OOH-AHH" in 2015, and rose to fame with hit songs including "TT," "LIKEY," and "What is Love?" 

Aside from performances from the group, Shopee Brand Ambassador Kris Aquino is set to return to host the Shopee Quiz.

On August 8, Kris made a comeback on television after her 5-year hiatus as the game master of Shopee Quiz during the 8.8 Mega Flash Sale TV Special.
