Gabbi Garcia buys her first luxury watch at 23: 'It’s a symbol of my hard work'

Gabbi Garcia is now a proud owner of her very own Rolex watch!

In her latest vlog, the 23-year-old Kapuso It Girl and global endorser showed everyone her sparkly new Rolex Datejust with a diamond dial.

Calling it a "milestone" in her life, Gabbi admitted being overwhelmed by her purchase but realized that it symbolized something very meaningful to herself.

"So I'm sharing this with you guys, para kung sino man ang makapanood nito, this can serve also as an inspiration to you guys, kasi Khalil told me na, every time I look at this watch, it's a symbol of my hard work," she said.

Apart from her Rolex, Gabbi said she was very proud of a Tag Heuer Aquaracer watch, which was a precious gift from her mom.

Mrs. Garcia had gotten it from the airline company she worked for on her 25th anniversary.

"It's also cute, plus, it's a gift from my mom, so it means a lot," Gabbi said while admiring the timepiece on her wrist.

"It's extra, extra sentimental," she added. "You know, what ngayon ko lang na-realize that watches really can tell you a story."

Gabbi also shared that she was now focused on investing her money rather than spending it on herself.

"My goal this year is to invest and invest and invest. Parang, I am done with spending money for, you know, trendy items or items that I will not benefit from," she said.

"This year is all about investing, so it's a much more mature and much more empowered Gabbi in 2022," she added.

From her first teleserye role in "My Destiny" to her big break as Sang'gre Alena in the iconic Kapuso fantasy drama "Encantadia," Gabbi has been captivating millions of Kapuso viewers with her beauty, grace, and talent since she first signed with GMA in 2014.
