Ysabel Ortega brought the early 2000s vibes for her latest magazine cover.

For Candy Magazine's Next Big Thing issue for May, Ysabel sports nostalgic spiky hairstyles and bright red lipstick. She also wore a printed tank top with arm warmers.

To keep with the nostalgic theme, the actress even answers slambook questions.

In her interview, Ysabel opened up about balancing law school with showbiz work, most especially now that she is busy promoting "Voltes V: Legacy."

Ysabel also talked about playing Jamie Robinson in the series, saying how she is very shy, but that the character helped her gain confidence.

"Voltes V: Legacy," airs weekdays on GMA Telebabad at 8 p.m. after "24 Oras." The series is also livestreamed on GMA Network's YouTube channel and at GMANetwork.com/KapusoStream.
