New York-based label Alice + Olivia opens first store in Manila

American fashion brand Alice + Olivia has opened its first store in the Philippines in Makati's Greenbelt 5.

Known for its bold prints and modern silhouettes, the New York-based label brings its ready-to-wear collections, evening wear, statement pieces, and accessories to the local market through a partnership with SSI Group.

The store opening, held earlier this July, was attended by local personalities including Kyline Alcantara, Max Collins, and Kylie Verzosa.

Founded in 2002 by American designer Stacey Bendet, Alice + Olivia has built a global following. The brand is a known favorite among Hollywood figures such as Meghan Markle, Michelle Obama, Beyoncé, and Gwyneth Paltrow, to name a few. — Hermes Joy Tunac/LA, GMA Integrated News
