Laufey is Vogue Philippines' cover star for May 2026

The cover star for Vogue Philippines' May 2026 issue is none other than jazz pop star, Laufey.

On Instagram, the magazine shared Laufey's cover photo, where she could be seen wearing a pink Prada dress, hair styled in curly pigtails.

In her cover story, the half-Icelandic, half-Chinese singer talks about refusing to be boxed into one thing.

"I honestly have never cared more about being myself this year than before," she is quoted as saying. "I find the most strength in being me."

Laufey is fresh from being recognized at the Billboard's Women in Music 2026, where she received the Innovator Award.

During the red carpet, the got to meet P-Pop group BINI, who received the Global Force Award .

The singer is known for her hits "From the Start," "Promise," and "Lover Girl."
