Miss Grand International All Stars: A closer look at Gazini Ganados' golden evening gown
Gazini Ganados may not have won the first-ever Miss Grand International All Stars title, but she still made the Philippines proud by reaching the Top 5.
In case you missed it, here's a closer look at the Kapuso beauty queen's final evening gown worn during the coronation night held in Bangkok, Thailand.
Donning a Rian Fernandez ensemble, the golden gown paid homage to Gazini's Filipino and Palestinian roots, featuring a Palestinian keffiyeh pattern combined with Filipino pinukpok metalcraft.
According to the Filipino fashion designer, the intricate gold metal patterns and blue crystals "symbolize strength, hope, and the unwavering spirit of people longing for peace."
During the evening gown competition, Gazini received a score of 10 from five judges, followed by one nine and two eights.
Gazini concluded her MGI All Stars journey as a Top 5 finalist, becoming the last Filipina contender standing after Fuschia Anne Ravena, Alexia Nuñez, Imelda Schweighart, and Keylyn Trajano bowed out earlier in the competition.
Meanwhile, Vanessa Pulgarin of Colombia was crowned the winner of the first-ever MGI All Stars.
