Bea Alonzo did her own makeup for her wedding

Bea Alonzo was certainly a radiant, blushing bride on her wedding day, and did you know she did her makeup all by herself?

In a series of Instagram Stories posts late Wednesday, the Kapuso actress shared snaps of herself getting ready for her big day and said she doesn't "normally do my own makeup for special occasions but for my wedding day, it just felt more personal."

Crediting her frequent makeup artists Ting Duque and Varda Atienza, Bea said her effort at putting on her bridal makeup was a product of "years of sitting in Ms. Ting's and Ms. Varda chairs."

"I hope I made my teachers proud," she added.

In a separate post, Bea shared a photo with her hairstylist Ayu Manaog and thanked her for agreeing "to a last-minute SOS without hesitation."

"Love you," Bea wrote.

Bea tied the knot with businessman Vince Co in a surprise civil ceremony on Monday, July 13 at the Makati City hall, with city Mayor Nancy Binay officiating. The wedding took place the whole of 10 minutes. — LA, GMA News
