Kylie Verzosa blooms at Baguio’s Panagbenga Flower Festival

Miss International 2016 Kylie Verzosa joined the parade at this year's Panagbenga Flower Festival in her hometown, Baguio City.

Kylie wore a nude and blue-green terno as she rode atop Tropicana's float, and was warmly welcomed by her fellow Summer Capital locals.

"Baguio is known for making the best and biggest flower floats in the world!" she wrote on Instagram.
