With the world getting smaller and smaller every day, where in the world did Filipinos flock to the most in 2019?

The answer: home!

According to travel platform Agoda's booking data, domestic travel remains as the top travel option for Pinoys this year, with local cities dominating the Top 8 in the list.

Manila and Cebu topped the list, and after a brief closure in 2018, Boracay grabbed the third spot.

Hong Kong and Tokyo were the only international destinations to make it to the Top 10.

According to 2019 data from Agoda, these are the cities that its customers booked the most for New Year's Eve.

Once again, Manila and Cebu topped the list.

Tokyo, Taipei, Osaka, and Hong Kong were also top choices for some out of town fun.
