Joyce Pring looks back on travels before her 'next adventure'

Juancho Trivino is marrying one heck of a lady.

His adventurous fiancee Joyce Pring just posted some awesome throwback photos of her days at Oxford University, and looked back on a very memorable "side trip" to Edinburgh, Scotland during that time.

2016, I was 23 years old and traveling through some of my favourite cities in the other side of the world. I had decided to spend my summer studying at Oxford University, living in a dorm for the first time in my life, meeting students from different countries, etching memories in my brain that would constantly enthral me to go back there again. Before I stayed in Oxford, though, I made a side trip to Edinburgh, Scotland — it was my second time then (I had a quick visit in 2015 when I went to London and absolutely fell in love with it) and one of my girl friends who lived in the UK @cdignadice decided to take a train and share a BnB over a weekend exploring it, before we traveled to another city, Leeds. Looking back at these photos, my heart shoots up in gratitude that I took time out of my work schedule then to carve out experiences that taught me so much and stirred up an abounding sense of inquisitiveness, delight, and adventure within me. So much of who I am today are pieces from the places and people I had met and fallen in love with during these trips. As I also prepare for the next chapter in my life, I cant thank God enough for the privilege of looking forward to traveling again and exploring the world with the one whom He has appointed as my husband, my heart, my travel buddy. Though I will forever cherish the years I’ve spent traveling and living in other cities by myself, I’m utterly thrilled that I’ve someone to soon forever share them with. "Looking back at these photos, my heart shoots up in gratitude that I took time out of my work schedule then, to carve out experiences that taught me so much and stirred up an abounding sense of inquisitiveness, delight, and adventure within me," Joyce wrote in the caption.

"So much of who I am today are pieces from the places and people I had met and fallen in love with during these trips."

Now that she's about to marry her longtime boyfriend sometime this year, Joyce also expressed how grateful she was that she got to travel the world.

"As I also prepare for the next chapter in my life, I can't thank God enough for the privilege of looking forward to traveling again and exploring the world with the one whom He has appointed as my husband, my heart, my travel buddy. Joyce Pring and Juancho Trivino surprised everybody last November when they announced they had been engaged since August. They only admitted to being in a relationship in May after months of very public surprises that began on the first Friday of 2019. — Margaret Claire Layug/LA, GMA News
