Other cool getaways in Benguet, besides Baguio
Baguio City is undoubtedly the top destination to escape the hot weather.
But if you want to dodge large crowds and traffic jams, there are other cool things to do in Benguet.
As seen in Darlene Cay's report on "State of the Nation with Jessica Soho," strawberry-picking in the lush fields of La Trinidad is not a bad way to pass the time.
There's also a flower farm in La Trinidad where tourists can take that double-tap worthy selfie with hundreds of sunflowers.
But what about lemon-picking?
In Tublay, there's a farm where you can harvest all the lemons you can carry for as low as P80 per kilo.
Meanwhile, in Tuba, tourists can easily go "glamping" or glamorous camping in a tent that you can rent overnight!
Can you imagine spending a chilly evening cozied up in complementary pillows, blankets, one-to-sawa Benguet coffee and free breakfast?
