Can't go hiking? Here's a virtual tour around Isabela's beautiful natural attractions
There are many beautiful natural sites to see in the province of Isabela.
But since many of us can't travel during the pandemic, Isabela-based vlogger Dexter Rubio took Kapuso viewers a virtual tour around some of these locations for Unang Hirit's "Touri-star" segment on Monday.
Rubio, who was in full "new normal" hiking gear, climbed to the top of Mt. Langit Langit where you can get a clear view of Magat dam, the biggest dam in all Southeast Asia.
The explorer also went inside the enormous Dipaniong Cave and a conservatory in San Mariano, where tourists can find the Philippine crocodile also known as the Burakot.
Of course, no tour is complete without trying the location's most popular dishes.
Rubio showcased Isabela's famous Pancit Cabagan, a delicious mix of fresh noodles, meat and veggies.
He also showed future Isabela touri-stars where to get patupat, which is the province's version of the sweet and sticky rice cake, suman. —Margaret Claire Layug/MGP, GMA News
