"Remember, today is just the beginning of another amazing journey," she said.

The 2020 Miss Universe crown went to Andrea Meza of Mexico.

Rabiya, who hoped to be the fifth Filipina to win the title, made a graceful exit as one of the Top 21 finalists at the pageant held in Hollywood, Florida on Monday.

Despite her loss, the beauty queen said she believes she did her best and is now excited to write a new “beautiful chapter.”
