Here's what to expect at the 2025 Travel Sale Expo this September

The Travel Sale Expo of the Global Tourism Business Association (GTBA) is back on its third year.

With the theme "Your Gateway to the World," the 2025 Travel Sale Expo will run from September 26 to 28 at the Megatrade Hall, SM Megamall. Visitors can look forward to exclusive deals and massive discounts from over 200 participating booths, featuring airlines, hotels, and travel services from across the country.

Aside from the travel discounts, travelers will also have the opportunity to learn the latest travel requirements, tourism trends as well as new and emerging destinations in the world.

"Our goal is to make travel accessible to all Filipinos, empowering ordinary citizens to explore beyond borders through events like the Travel Sale Expo," said GTBA Founding Chairman and TSE Chairperson Michelle Taylan in a press conference on Tuesday.

Destination spotlight

Travelers can explore information on top destinations such as Japan, Korea, Taiwan, Malaysia, and Southeast Asian favorites like Vietnam. Those interested in pilgrimage journeys will also discover options for visiting religious sites across the Balkan Peninsula in Europe.

Budget-friendly travel options 

Visitors can enjoy discounted tickets and travel packages, with the added convenience of flexible installment payment options.

PH and halal tourism boost

This year, the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) joins the roster of partners, showcasing local tourism enterprises while bolstering initiatives to promote halal tourism for Muslim travelers. The expo will also highlight cultural tourism products and encourage regional exchange within the ASEAN community.

Entertainment and activities
