Iya Villania, Drew Arellano celebrate 12th anniversary in Japan

It’s a couple’s trip for Iya Villania and Drew Arellano as they celebrate their 12th wedding anniversary.

The Kapuso couple shared a joint Instagram post featuring clips from their celebratory trip to Hakone, Japan, to mark the occasion.

“Anywhere and everywhere with this one,” Iya wrote. “Celebrating 12 years was the perfect occasion to enjoy this one-on-one time together.”

She added the trip was much needed for them, especially “with the chaos of five kids back home.”

“Ten years boyfriend and girlfriend, 12 years married, five kids, and some major grown-up decisions we’ve had to make together,” she wrote. “l love us so much.”

In May 2025, Drew went viral on social media after he revealed that he underwent a vasectomy, a form of male birth control that stops sperm from leaving the body. and a minor surgical procedure. 

Drew's decision to get the minor surgical procedure, which he opened up about in 2023, was lauded by the Commission on Population and Development.

Drew and Iya got married in January 2014, and they have been together since 2004. They have five kids: Primo, Leon, Alana, Astro, and Anya.
