eTelecare expands US operations on higher demand

MANILA, Philippines- Business process outsourcing firm eTelecare Global Solutions on Tuesday announced that it will be expanding its operations in the United States due to higher demand for its services. In a statement, eTelecare said it is opening a service delivery center in Jacksonville, Texas on July 1, which will employ over 400 people. The Jacksonville center is the company’s seventh in the United States, and brings its employee headcount to over 3,000 worldwide. “eTelecare continues to experience strong demand for our services. Texas offers eTelecare an expansive, well-trained work force and a first-rate contact center facility. These advantages will allow us to begin operations and support clients with high-quality services this summer," said eTelecare chief executive offer John Harris. eTelecare has operations in the Philippines, and is listed in the Philippine Stock Exchange. - GMANews.TV
